It’s Hot Dog Heaven this Weekend!

@Reuters

A hot dog eating frenzy will be taking over Brooklyn this Memorial Day Weekend. Nathan’s Famous has been shelling out hefty sums of money buying articles and advertisements promoting their Centennial Celebration.

Nathan’s will be launching this weekend of economical eats with 5 cents hot dogs at their flagship Surf ave. location this Saturday. Nathan’s hot dogs were 5 cents nearly a century ago in 1916. Nickel Nathan’s will be served from 11pm-2pm.

Feltman’s will be returning to Coney Island the same day selling 10 cent hot dogs, the same price as when Nathan worked at Feltman’s Surf Ave. Restaurant in 1915, prior to opening his own stand.

Feltman’s of Coney Island will be barbecuing their original Coney Island Red Hots at Steeplechase Beer Garden in front of MCU Park from 2pm-4pm on Saturday, May 28. The 10 cent hot dogs with authentic Frankfurt Sausage spices are nitrate free, 100% natural and have no fillers. True to hot dog inventor Charles Feltman’s standards. Feltman’s Hot Dogs are served on soft potato bread buns along with Feltman’s own natural Apple Cider Vinegar Mustard. Hot dogs to die for!

But the Coney Island hot dog madness doesn’t end there! After a successful summer of 2015 debut Feltman’s will be returning to the Sycamore Bar and Flowershop in Ditmas Park the very same evening! Then back again at the Sycamore on Sunday from 2pm-8pm. The Sycamore has been receiving reservations for Felman’s Sunday return to the newly refurbished outdoor beer garden.

So here’s the hot dog madness weekend roundup!
