Going to go check out Childs building later today. Have you heard of what restaurant is coming in there for the amphitheater? Last year there were a couple of rumors of Hard Rock Cafe or House of Blues…..that would be awesome. What do you think of Trader Joe’s coming to the Trump Shopping Center development? I think that will really help with year round business. Trader Joe’s is so freakin popular with the Brooklyn hipsters and yuppies slowly migrating to our area from North Brooklyn. I read the hipsters priced out of Williamsburg have targeted Sheepshead Bay. Love it.
