Coney Island Friday Night Fireworks Finale

This Friday night will be the last time this season you can enjoy the free fireworks display sponsored by the Alliance for Coney Island. The display takes place at around 9:30pm every Friday night during the summer season.

To honor the occasion the Surf Pavilion located opposite the Coney Art Walls exhibit will be hosting free entertainment this Friday evening August 21st. At 8pm the Soul Jizz band will be performing jazz music infused with spoken word poetry. At 8:30 there will be a free concert by Blazes followed by the fireworks. Entrance is at Stillwell ave.

The first 10 people who arrive to the Blazes concert will receive a free drink at Greenwood Park.
