Fire Rips Through Coney Island Apartment Building

According to News 12 Brooklyn, a fire started inside of the compactor room of 2955 West 29th st. at 6:30 this morning.

Smoke from the raging fire spread through the shaft and into 20 apartments injuring one person.

The injured person was rushed to Coney Island Hospital. Check back for updates.
