All I want for Christmas is…

1. A wooden boardwalk for the entire boardwalk for all people not just along the amusement district. Yes, wood should be replaced in most instances; however, exceptions should be made for iconic symbols of democracy such as the Brooklyn Bridge and the Riegelmann Boardwalk.
2. Ferry Service in a common sense location supported by the residents that live there as opposed to a political agenda advocating hyper development.
3. No more lame newspaper hit jobs against elected officials for supporting the well being of the people.
4. Residents may speak their mind whether popular or unpopular without fear of financial retribution.
5. Businesses permitted to negotiate fair market rate long term leases. Preserving the entrepreneurial spirit of small businesses.
